April 26, 2021: NRG Stadium Receives SAFETY Act Designation

Aluma would like to congratulate our clients the Houston Texans, ASM Global, and the Harris County Sports & Convention Corporation in securing SAFETY Act Designation for NRG Stadium. Aluma is proud to have served our clients in setting the path toward successfully achieving SAFETY Act from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. This stadium becomes one of the few in the nation to obtain SAFETY Act coverage for a comprehensive security program composed of policies; procedures; physical and electronic security equipment; and trained personnel to detect, deter, prevent, respond to, and mitigate acts of terrorism at NRG Stadium, inclusive of the NRG Stadium and parking lots throughout NRG Park.
