September 9, 2020: Red Ball Drills awarded SAFETY Act by DHS

Aluma congratulates its client, Experior Group, Inc., for being awarded SAFETY Act by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security for its Red Ball Drills methodology! We’re proud to have played a small role in guiding the company toward achieving SAFETY Act.

Red Ball Drills is a consultation service that assesses the effectiveness of customers' safety and security programs by combining a document review, site visit, and role-playing exercises to inform the recommendations it passes to customers. Red Ball Drills is conducted with a methodology that avoids traumatizing participants through the use of a red ball instead of fake weapons. The award also includes the vetting of personnel provisioning the services and deliverables produced as part of the assessments of customer security programs. This Developmental Testing and Evaluation Designation will expire on February 28, 2022.
