2020 National Sports Safety and Security Conference: October 12-14, 2020

Aluma is excited to announce that it will be speaking at the 2020 National Sports Safety and Security Conference. The conference will be hosted by NCS4 on a virtual platform from October 12-14, 2020, and guarantees to be one of the most groundbreaking and advanced events to date.

Akmal Ali will be presenting on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 from 4:00-5:00pm on a panel titled, “Risk Management and Liability Reduction in a Post-Pandemic World”. We plan to discuss how venue operators can take steps to mitigate risk exposure related to COVID-19 during these uncertain times by highlighting relevant Federal and state legislation that seeks to provide third-party liability protections and identifying COVID-19 related operational best practices.

COVID-19 has undoubtedly changed the landscape of the sport and entertainment industry, and venue and event management professionals have had to adapt at a rapid rate. Bringing together industry professionals from a wide range of sporting and entertainment organizations to share information, discuss strategies, and engage technology solution providers is critical at this time as we prepare for the new normal.

The 2020 National Sports Safety and Security Conference and Exhibition will offer an immersive experience where attendees will be able to participate in many of the same activities you would find at an in-person conference. At the comfort of your own computer, you will be able to visit a sprawling layout including an auditorium with speakers and presentations from nationally and internationally recognized leaders in the industry, breakout rooms, a lounge area for networking and idea sharing, and virtual exhibit hall for vendors to show the most cutting-edge technology across the safety and security sector.
