July 26, 2024: LaGuardia Airport Receives SAFETY Act Renewal

Aluma would like to congratulate our clients the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey for successfully renewing its SAFETY Act award for its LaGuardia Airport Security Program. Aluma is proud to have served our clients in renewing their SAFETY Act award from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. LaGuardia Airport becomes one of only two airports in the nation with active SAFETY Act protections for the development and implementation of a Transportation Security Administration (TSA)-approved security program that includes physical and electronic measures, tools, and procedures.. With this award, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security recognizes the significant efforts the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey are making to keep travelers safe.
