The Minnesota Twins awarded SAFETY Act Designation by DHS for its Target Field Security Program

August 21, 2024: Minnesota Twins Receives SAFETY Act Designation

Aluma would like to congratulate our clients the Minnesota Twins for successfully achieving SAFETY Act Designation for its Target Field Security Program. Aluma is proud to have served our clients in pursuing their SAFETY Act award from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. The Minnesota Twins become one of the few professional sports stadiums in the nation to achieve SAFETY Act for its a comprehensive, integrated security program comprised of security policies and procedures and structural, physical, and technological security measures designed to detect, deter, prevent, respond to, and mitigate acts of terrorism, among other items, at Target Field, including the stadium, adjacent parking lots, executive offices and immediate perimeter. With this award, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security recognizes the significant efforts that the Minnesota Twins have made to keep fans safe.
