Seattle Seahawks awarded renewal of SAFETY Act Certification for its Lumen Field Security Program

Aluma would like to congratulate our clients the Seattle Seahawks and First & Goal Inc. for renewing its SAFETY Act Designation and Certification awards for Lumen Field. Aluma is proud to have served our clients in renewing their SAFETY Act Designation and Certification from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. This stadium becomes one of the few in the nation to obtain SAFETY Act coverage for a security program comprised of policies, physical and electronic measures, and personnel that collectively provide security at Lumen Field. With this award, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security recognizes the significant efforts the Seattle Seahawks and First & Goal Inc. are making to keep fans safe at Lumen Field. The award includes coverage for the implementation of the National Football League’s (NFL) Best Practices for Stadium Security, resulting in a program comprised of physical and electronic security equipment, tools, emergency planning processes and procedures, and properly trained personnel. The award applies to the entire stadium property, including the seating bowl and suites; gates; loading dock; inner and secondary perimeters; field; locker rooms; area housing utility and mechanical systems; command center; and parking areas.
