Boston Properties Limited Partnership awarded SAFETY Act by DHS for its Salesforce Tower Protective Design Program

December 1, 2024: Salesforce Tower Receives SAFETY Act Designation

Aluma would like to congratulate our clients Boston Properties Limited Partnership for successfully achieving SAFETY Act Designation for its Salesforce Tower Protective Design Program. Aluma is proud to have served our clients in pursuing their SAFETY Act award from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Salesforce Tower becomes only the third commercial high-rise in the nation, and first west of the Mississippi River, to achieve SAFETY Act protections. This SAFETY Act Designation is unique in that it recognizes Boston Properties Limited Partnership for the significant planning and investment made toward protective design measures implemented in the structural design and systems architecture and the methodology used by a qualified and experienced group of security personnel that develops, evaluates, implements, and maintains those measures at Salesforce Tower. With this award, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security recognizes the significant efforts that Boston Properties Limited Partnership have made to keep people safe.
